DJ B has been in the music business for over 25 years. His career began in New York as a DJ and MC for private parties and weddings. As his popularity grew, he landed jobs at some of the East Coast's hottest spots like Studio 56 and Roxy's in New York City and Boston's Club Narcissis. While in the East Coast, Bertram attended The New York Institute of Technology and received his certificate of proficiency in Sound Engineering. He has won numerous mix-off competitions hosted by top radio stations in both New York and Florida. Bertram continued his career in Miami as the featured DJ at Club Malibu, The Bounty, Boca Bar, Sforza, My Martini, Sinsations and Monty's Raw Bar and Grill, just to name a few. He worked with some of Florida's top Mobile DJ companies covering the Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Orlando areas. DJ Bertram came to Chicago in 2002 where he is excited to have found his new home base at Carey Smolensky Productions and Mobile Music DJ Service.
