I am forever grateful to my wife; Diane, and my children; Blake and Rachel, for their unbelievable support in all I do. I also want to thank my MOBILE MUSIC family, all of the people who voted for me, and my clients for having put their trust in me for their events. These are the reasons I love doing what I do.”

Taking his love of spinning tunes to private events, he created Mobile Music Disc Jockey Service in 1978. America Pageant). His dedication and determined efforts earned him the title of Mr. United States 1984. Smolensky continued to grow his business while attending to the duties of Mr. United States. This reached goal would prove to be a continued driving force in Smolensky’s life.
Bringing his companies together under the umbrella of CSP Worldwide in 1990, Smolensky was awarded the International Special Events Society GALA Award (the equivalent to the Oscars) in 1991 for ‘Best Entertainment Concept’. In addition to numerous industry awards for both entertainment and event production, Smolensky has earned the biggest “award” of all with the trust of his many clients over the years thus allowing him to have entertained over one million people worldwide.
In recent years, Smolensky has continued to grow his business, with his wife, Diane, of 23 years, while consistently taking time out to challenge himself both mentally and physically. His most recent challenges have been to race half scale NASCAR race cars, competing in the Chicago Urbanathalon Competition, participating in the Chicago Half Marathon and The Warrior Dash. On September 18th, Smolensky will repel down 27 stories of the Wit Hotel in Chicago for charity. Recently Carey has starred in two short films and continues to audition for local and national roles. Additionally, Carey serves on the Board of Directors of Front Row Foundation, and will Chair the organization’s 2012 National Gala.
